How a lockdown in China brought entire supply chains to their knees! The drastic measures taken by the Chinese government to contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus have had far-reaching effects on the global economy. In this article, KSBSI (Indonesia) and ACV-CSC (Belgium) make an initial analysis of this impact and argue that this pandemic presents an opportunity to rethink the phenomenon of global supply chains, because they could be a lever for decent work under the right conditions.
